Artist Statement

FORMLOOS began as a marriage-bound art collective, a shared creative world built around ideas, instinct, encouragement, and the constant exchange between two people.

When Rosalinda Form (1973 -2026 ), the muse, soulmate, co-creator and driving presence behind FORMLOOSpassed away, the collective changed irrevocably.

Today, FORMLOOS is semi-retired. It still exists, but in a different form: quieter, more solitary, and perhaps more fragile.

As FORMLOOS — One Man Art Collective, FORMLOOS works across disciplines: hybrid books, street poetry, visual art, jazzy beat-driven music (as JZZBUCKET), and experimental voice-based electronic sound. Although the forms vary, the core remains the same: freedom, experiment, and accessibility must coexist.

FORMLOOS creates hybrid novels and multidisciplinary works that move between prose, poetry, sound, and visual fragments. Inspired by pioneers such as Bert Schierbeek, FORMLOOS explores how language can become form, rhythm, and silence—and how a page can function as a canvas rather than merely a container for text.

The work of FORMLOOS unfolds through fragments and white space, inviting readers to slow down and find meaning in what is said—and in what remains unsaid.

Alongside its books, FORMLOOS publishes pocket-sized editions under Verbeelding in Zakformaat: small, portable works that question what reading can be.

The art of FORMLOOS is for people who don’t mind getting lost, who enjoy wandering and discovering stories in the gaps between words.
